Trade Details and IV Inputs are easier to understand

The Details & assumptions tabs now make it clearer which values describe the contract and which settings control implied volatility.

What changed

The former Advanced Inputs tab is now IV Inputs. Current IV, the IV behavior setting, target IV, and related volatility assumptions are grouped on that tab instead of splitting one volatility workflow across two places.

Ticker is now a plain read-only display in Trade Details because it comes from the scenario card. When Hold IV constant makes Current IV unnecessary for the active calculation, OPK explains why that control is unavailable.

Why it helps

A disabled field is confusing when its controlling setting lives somewhere else. Keeping the IV value and IV mode together makes the relationship visible and gives the tab a specific purpose.

Read-only styling carries the same benefit. It distinguishes information you are reviewing from information you can edit, so the Details & assumptions section communicates its boundaries before you try to interact with a field.
